Very clean rooms, seemed to be recently redone. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast. Close to downtown Manitou and several restaurants. Had a issue with the TV but was fixed in a timely manner. The only reason I not leaving 5 stars is …

Beautiful tucked away location, fair priced heated swimming pool. Water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great but other than that it was a wonderful stay I took my four kids for the weekend and we were within 15 minutes from each of our destinations; garden of the gods, penny arcade, space foundation center, and cave of the winds. We will definitely be back to stay. Parking was limited but it was okay

We stayed 16 years ago and again recently, and it was even better. They are super dog friendly. The pool is just right; especially in the morning. The vibe is exceptional, with people enjoying the property in a respectful and generally quiet way. Very friendly. Nice breakfast options. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. I have no complaints, only compliments and happy memories. Saddle Up, folx!

This mom and pop motel has been recently remodeled, and while not fancy it is clean. Close to local activities, safe, good breakfast and reasonable on price. I would definitely stay here again. Family friendly and comfortable beds with clean bathrooms.

We loved that the room had 3 beds that accommodated our family. We especially liked that we had our own room within our room away from the kids. The total price for our stay was extremely reasonable and cheaper than several other lodgings within the area.

My only dislike was the shower head in our bathroom. It sprayed very wide and the pressure was kind of weak.

The bed was horrible / too small and a totally mouse house hole in the wall. Smelled very strong of deodorizers and had to kill some spiders. Not a good pick we but were too tired to look around. Overpriced considering the quality . Look at all your options before staying ...Bad on us. I hate to give such a poor review.
